    • Graduate research assistant on the Washington Rural Jails Network project, which uses a collaborative, data-driven approach to understand better the factors that impact local jail population trends and to develop data-informed policy and practice solutions.  
    • Further aims include bringing these rural-focused policy solutions to the attention of state and national policymakers.
    • Assisted in preparing county-level data-driven reports.
